Sink was clogged, lamp between the beds was damaged, bed frames haven't been dusted, awful smell that made our eyes red, smell like someone was smoking (all the time)really bad experience
Not what I expected at all , felt like 2 star hotel . The heater wasn’t working and they did not show any help on resolving the situation I waited almost 2 hours for them to send a technician to fix it . Very disappointed about this place ! . I did not imagine it will go this way . A very bad experience
Are room you a bit dirty. No toilet paper. Somehow homeless person was on our floor. Limited food and hours
It was a beautiful room but the front desk added fees and I wanted a extra day and the front desk told it me was 169.99 a extra night. I had them charge my card another night and was charged $269. I asked why then they wouldn’t give me an answer and then waited the next day and said it was a mistake and was never refunded then they tried to charge me $10 and $30 twice on my credit card but I canceled it…awful.
We got a two queen bed “luxury” room. Tv didn’t work. Called to get it fixed and no one ever came. Housekeeping was good. They were vary nice and always brought extra towels when needed. Staff was all vary nice as well. Front desk was a little off but everyone else was vary friendly. Lots of things to do in the hotel which is nice. To expensive for what you received. No people on casino floor, streets around Hotel full of Druggies and panhandlers.
