My “Luxury room was nice but it did not meet definition of luxury. The bed linens were nice but the towels really scratch. No idea why I paid a resort fee. There was no benefit at all. Very disappointed.
Horrible service! Don’t sign up for Petite room. It a big closet!!

I had two reservations because I was a day early. And they wouldn’t let me handle my biz in one visit to the bell desk. Also Luxury King room was a ‘24x20’ size room. I was never offered an upgrade on the first night, and on the second day when I had to recheck in, they said no upgrades available because they we’re sold out. Took approx. 45 mins to check in. The first. No reduction in resort fees, or discounts for the inconvenience, After I asked if it were possible?
Disappointed Not good! the hotel has no parking for truck and small trailer, had to park several blocks down at circus circus and walk back and forth, valet originally had me park in there lot and then security told me no, then they told to go ahead, then they called me in the middle of dinner to move my truck and trailer in 5 minutes or it will be towed. Horrible experience
Horrible Room was dirty someone soap left in bathroom. A/C was not working took 3 hours for someone to fix after being told tgey would be there in ten minutes. Remote for tv didn't work. Jacuzzi was leaking water everywhere. Offer only $35 refund we were there for 4 days unacceptable
Leaves you with a rash It's and older hotel but heavy use of bleach on the bedding to where it smelled of harsh chemicals and left a rash on mt face and hands.
