Booked a luxury king. When we got there they put us in a different room with 2 queen beds. Nothing luxurious about it. It looked like a cheap motel in there. Not to mention they didnt say anything about the room change. I only found out once I got to the room, that it wasnt what I booked. Then I go back to the front desk and they tell me they are all out of rooms and that was the best they could do unless I wanted to pay extra. My room is a smoke room which is very smelly with smoke I can hardly sleep, The shower is very low I had to lower my body to ale a shower, very uncomfortable ( I am only 5ft 5 Inch). The worst thing is they charged me $37.05 for Reno tax. I thought I already paid for that when booking my hotel via Expedia.

Our toilet broke and wouldn’t flush every day we were here. On the day of check out we were packing up and there was a knock on the door around 9:00am. It was the house keeping manager asking us when we were going to leave. He wasn’t rude, I just found it odd and as if we were being rushed out the door.

Reserved a king, non-smoking room. "Sorry sir, we don't have a king, non smoking. They've all been taken" But, that's specifically what I reserved. After several rounds of this, she found a "security room" with a king. No idea what "security room" means, but I think it means a mattress so soft you'll be crippled for a week, and an AC system that loudly cycles every 30 seconds guaranteeing you won't get any sleep.

I stayed at this hotel, and I found blood on the sheets. I have yet to hear back from the hotel regarding that incident. The management did not take the situation seriously, and it was definitely a serious situation.
