Comfortable and quiet Our room on the tenth floor of the Eldorado was larger than most king rooms, with a table and two comfy chairs, a small sofa, fridge, large tv, plenty of lamps, large beauty bar and sink separate from the toilet and tub/shower. Carpet was clean, the room and halls were clean and quiet. Quite comfortable for a four-day getaway.

The building is old, but it is very well maintained and feels clean. It is also conveniently connected to the adjacent hotel by a skyway. There is a beautiful river nearby, making it suitable for sightseeing beyond just the casino. I would love to visit again.

Mostly great, debit cards are an issue. Almost all good, room was clean and ready when needed, online check in and check out was great. Only issue was paying with debit card, even though it was an option for self check in apparently only a credit card can be used. A bit inconvenient if you don't carry credit cards.

We had an issue upon check in and even though we had to wait an additional 45- minutes to an hr the Front desk and manager made it up to us and we greatly appreciated our upgraded room. Everyone was extremely friendly.
