We had an issue upon check in and even though we had to wait an additional 45- minutes to an hr the Front desk and manager made it up to us and we greatly appreciated our upgraded room. Everyone was extremely friendly.
What happened to the buffets
I give it 5 Stars even though I was in a smoking room overlooking a roof full of A/C systems. Totally a "user error" on my part!
