I received my flyer that stated I had 500.00per week !! When I went to the casino today. They informed me there was a mistake by the 3rd party that prints the flyers. Sorry for your inconvenience. They don’t honor promotions that they send out in there flyers. I’m sure they have a lot of upset people from this that will never go back and I don’t blame them. Eldorado casino doesn’t care about people or there establishment. Not only you don’t receive the free play you don’t get the food comp listed nor the gifts. They said they sent emails and letters to everyone well obviously that’s a lie bc you wouldn’t had 100+ people standing in line waiting to talk to someone.

They were completely rude when not allowing my daughter in on her 21st Birthday. Manager Mike yelled at us repeatedly and could not get it through his head her I'd was valid and not expired. I have since spoken with law enforcement and the BMW who issued the id and both agreed it was indeed a valid unexpired license. If having a valid (unexpired) I'd is the issue then why are they not checking every single person no matter what their age? Horrible customer service.
