About a year and a half ago, the barber who I had been going to for close to a decade had decided to have a career change. I was a bit lost since I view barbers in the same way I view mechanics: there are a lot of options but you can't trust them all. Adelbert is seriously a magician. I came in a few weeks ago for the second time and got a haircut, and since then I’ve gotten a crazy amount of complements. That man cuts your hair and you walk out looking like a different person. The shop’s atmosphere is great, and I don’t doubt that you could go to any of those barbers & get a fantastic cut. The vibe seems to be professionalism and people who take their craft seriously.
I’ve had a few cuts here now, notably by Minor. The space itself is like a Time Machine! Old school pop art and period correct accoutrements make the place feel like you’re on a vintage movie set. Most importantly, all the staff are friendly and professional. Minor, my regular barber pays attention to detail, and is always locked in to what cut I want. I’d recommend it to locals and tourists alike who want a great cut for a fair price. 💇♂️
I’ve only trusted very few people with cutting my hair and I’m glad to say Michael is now added to that list!! The moment I stepped in and sat in the OG chair I knew I was in good hands. Michael took care of me and got me right with the exact haircut I was looking for. Eleanor’s barber shop is as legit as they come. The whole team here is super friendly and everyone does a great job! Minor the barber always serves up the cleanest fades with a smile. If he’s busy, Tito or Michael can set you up for success. Booking system is super easy on square and they accept card, but of course, cash is classy. Highly recommend.
