The company handled our request quickly and the service pros they sent were a father and son who could not have been more pleasant and professional. They came early in the stated time window, giving us a 20 minute courtesy call. They diagnosed the problem and replaced a fuse at our AC unit in minutes. We were very pleased and would used Electrical Service Pros again. They were referred to us by our home warranty company.

The technicians Glen and Bobby were very professional, courteous and quick. They came in and got right to work. They were very efficient. I had several GFCI outlets that were being triggered and would click off at random times. Glen and Bobby were able to replace the 3 that were giving me problems. Gave them another once over check, them gave me the all clear that I was good to go. I’ve used Electrical Professionals before and the service is still stellar. Thanks for your continued excellent service.

Unprofessional & Argumentative I've had multiple conversations with several members of management at this company about their lack of complete and accurate notes from service calls at my home that have created confusion and difficulty getting repairs approved by my home warranty company.
