Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service
Each person I dealt with was very professional. The electrician who came out was prompt and answered my questions and sent my estimate promptly by email. The woman in the office was also very professional. The electrician that actually did the work was very quick and obviously knew what he was doing.

I thought the service was exceptional based on many years of experience with electricians in this old house. The estimator was personable and professional as was the young man who did the work. I was not pleased with the color of cover for the electric switches, so they drove to the store and purchased another color with no pushing from me. It is obviously important to them that the customer is happy. I have already referred them to several neighbors. Thanks. Wish I had known about you all before I was moving!!
