Much gratitude and appreciation to both Adrian & Nick for the superb service received on 12/12/25. I made the appointment for a GIF switch repair that was located just on the outside of our entry door. The service came with an unexpected electrical safety evaluation of the inside of our home. They arrived 10 minutes early and thoroughly went over the repair with me to make sure I was comfortable with the fixes before they started the work. They also brought an exposed wire to my attention and let me know what they were doing to fix it safely. I appreciated them explaining the process to me, and I would absolutely hire either of them again for my next electrical issue.
