Both of my sons had their wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Russell, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff is kind, patient, and answered all our questions. My youngest was nervous about the IV, but they made him feel at ease and handled everything with care. Great experience all around!
My son had his wisdom pulled by Dr. Russell. We found the office staff to be very kind, welcoming and professional. Their scheduling and insurance process was extremely easy. We were well informed about the procedure, medications, before and after care, as well as cost. Dr. Russell followed up the day of the surgery and responded immediately on a Sunday when we needed help. We definitely recommend them! They made a scary situation much easier.
New to the area and needed oral surgery. Referred to Dr Russell. I have so far been there 3 times. Once for consultation for implants and a bridge. Second time was for the actual surgery which went so well. Third time a week later to check progress. Will continue appointments until procedure complete. I cannot express enough gratitude for the care and compassion Dr. Russell and his staff showed during my son's oral surgery. My son is high-functioning on the autism spectrum and was understandably very anxious going into the procedure. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Russell and his team made us feel completely at ease. Had a tooth removed, dental implant and bone graft put in… Very professional service. Dr Russell made it as painless as possible. I would highly recommend Dr. Randy Russell. The entire procedure was done very efficiently which I appreciated. He was very kind and his staff very friendly. Five Star service!
