I had a lower tooth extraction with an implant stud now in place. My overall experience was very pleasant beginning at the front desk with Laura & Kendra. The techs in the back were also very nice and efficient. Dr. Russell was easy to talk with and explained what to expect very well, answering my questions completely. My procedure went flawlessly. DR Russell and his staff were truly amazing...my son had to have oral surgery to remove a cyst...he explained everything very clear from start to finish. His staff was great at making him feel comfortable and putting his mind at ease. It being his first ever surgery he was very nervous.. Thank you Dr Russell and and staff I will definitely use you again for any future needs and referrals are a definite yes!
I'm dealing with other medical issues that requires me to have my wisdom teeth surgery as soon as possible. Thank you to the lovely ladies up front, especially Laura!! She is kind and thoughtful and very efficient !! Elevated OMS able to get my surgery done within less than a week. The surgery went well, Dr Russell actually called and check on me personally. I really appreciate Katie and Kendra as well for taking care of me.
We had a great experience with my child’s wisdom teeth removal. The office communicated clearly every step of the way and everyone was very friendly. Dr. Russel and his assistants did an excellent job explaining the process, answering all our questions, and was very supportive. Highly recommend!
Dr Russell was so kind and attentive with our son as he prepped him for his oral surgery. He answered all of my son’s questions and was patient and explained everything to him. We are so happy with the outcome of the surgery and are grateful for Dr Russell and his expertise.
