Horrible company and the property is NOT being maintained. A huge tree feel on one of their properties by Wilson Park 6 weeks ago and they have done nothing about it. And more limbs keep falling from the tree coming down. I’ve called and left voicemails and I’ve emailed 3 times. Zero responses. It broke the fence at my house and my neighbors. The management has been neglecting their responsibilities. It took us 2+ weeks to get our mail key when we moved in last year. When we had questions or issues, we would try and get in contact with them only to be ignored at every phone call. Using the appfolio app, I let them know we would be vacating our rent house 3 times - each time I had no response for next steps. The maintenance won’t let you know when they enter your home. Today I could see where someone had been inside my home but when I look at my renters app there is no indication that they have started on my request. There are bugs and the management office will not answer your calls or call you back until you leave a negative review. When moving in they didn’t send me the code to get inside until after 5 pm. Unacceptable. They are rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend.
This place is terrible. Mold, roaches, trash everywhere and you have to live in constant fear of your property being stolen or vandalized. Their solution to mold is to paint over it. At one point we even had problems with rats. I witnessed kids setting fires, throwing basketballs at cars on purpose and shooting unsuspecting people with frozen orbeez. They even wrote “No Whites allowed” on the sign at the cheaply built playground. Their dog park is a 12x12 enclosure with no grass and a ripped up chain fence. Police are there ... read more
The reason I am giving 2 stars over 1 is because our first few months dealing with Elevation were not bad. There were a few issues here and there like having to go a month without a dishwasher when we moved in etc., but at least we were in communication with the company consistently. I have been trying to reach anyone at elevation realty for a month now and have been unable. I reached out to get clarity on a charge on my account before paying it, and that was on May 1st.
