I like the apartment layout, and neighborhood feel of the property, but there have been many maintenance issues since I moved in 9 months ago. When I moved in -on coldest day of year- the heat wasn't working and I had to use a small space heater for a week. Also garbage disposal wasn't working, nor was gas fireplace - which is still not functioning, though I've been assured it will be working by this November.. Excellent place to live, I've been here for 4 years, manager goes above and beyond to assure all we live in a safe environment. Barbara always takes time to listen to our concerns. Jaime our manager has been the best manager to date. She walks the grounds to make sure our complex is clean, Gary in maintenance is on top of all our maintenance request and handles them in a very professional manner. Maria is always there to hear our concerns. Our pool is always clean. I highly recommend The Heights On Oak!
Elevation real estate has the most friendly staff and welcoming properties/communities. Whenever there's a problem there're quick to fix it. Never have I had a bad experience or long wait for anything. Recently I moved into a apartment again and got my keys the same day I submitted my application! The process was very fast and smooth. The property manager was nice and got back to all my questions post move in very quickly. Thanks again! (:
Working with Elevation Real Estate and Brian has been an incredible experience. From day one, I was able to ask any question and get real answers every time. Whenever I needed anything, they were there. They provided a safe, fair, and genuinely caring environment that allowed me to grow and heal through a very difficult season in my life. I am deeply grateful for everything they did. I cannot recommend Elevation Properties enough. If I could give them six stars, I would.
Horrible company and the property is NOT being maintained. A huge tree feel on one of their properties by Wilson Park 6 weeks ago and they have done nothing about it. And more limbs keep falling from the tree coming down. I’ve called and left voicemails and I’ve emailed 3 times. Zero responses. It broke the fence at my house and my neighbors. It’s blocking the creek that runs behind our houses. We had huge storms last night and there’s no where for the water to go so it flooded our yards. Reporting this house and management ... read more
