I like the apartment layout, and neighborhood feel of the property, but there have been many maintenance issues since I moved in 9 months ago. When I moved in -on coldest day of year- the heat wasn't working and I had to use a small space heater for a week. Also garbage disposal wasn't working, nor was gas fireplace - which is still not functioning, though I've been assured it will be working by this November.. Rent was expensive. Staff was always kind. Maintenance would not replace the flapper in toilet instead would just give it a quick fix that in return would happen over and over. I gave up on them fixing toilet and would just have to get in the tank and pull up on flapper to make it flush each time. Security officer a few years ago would get upset with me for calling on noisy neighbors above me. They would be loud all hours of the night during the week. Super easy only had to pay deposit and first two months of rent is free. Gas, water and trash included only had to setup electric in my name. Great nice place and friendly neighbors. Highly recommend they get 5 stars!
I worked with Eddie and Hayley to purchase my first condo. Years later I turned to them to sell it as well. They're incredibly professional and detailed in their market analysis. I felt like they were looking out for my best interests vs. trying to flip a home for a quick buck.
Horrible company and the property is NOT being maintained. A huge tree feel on one of their properties by Wilson Park 6 weeks ago and they have done nothing about it. And more limbs keep falling from the tree coming down. I’ve called and left voicemails and I’ve emailed 3 times. Zero responses. It broke the fence at my house and my neighbors.
