I like the apartment layout, and neighborhood feel of the property, but there have been many maintenance issues since I moved in 9 months ago. When I moved in -on coldest day of year- the heat wasn't working and I had to use a small space heater for a week. Also garbage disposal wasn't working, nor was gas fireplace - which is still not functioning, though I've been assured it will be working by this November.. Excellent place to live, I've been here for 4 years, manager goes above and beyond to assure all we live in a safe environment. Barbara always takes time to listen to our concerns. Jaime our manager has been the best manager to date. She walks the grounds to make sure our complex is clean, Gary in maintenance is on top of all our maintenance request and handles them in a very professional manner. Maria is always there to hear our concerns. Our pool is always clean. I highly recommend The Heights On Oak!
Elevation real estate has the most friendly staff and welcoming properties/communities. Whenever there's a problem there're quick to fix it. Never have I had a bad experience or long wait for anything. Recently I moved into a apartment again and got my keys the same day I submitted my application! The process was very fast and smooth. The property manager was nice and got back to all my questions post move in very quickly. Thanks again! (:
I have asked over 3 months ago about few things like our bathtub and bathroom sink the water is still going down very slow or ceiling fan in the bedroom seal needs to be fixed also in the laundrom someone need to get in there like the management to mop and clean the floor matter of fact it would not hurt but one person to do that it would only take maybe 30 minutes of a busy schedule to do it also that the black bag it got clothes and bring that in there for a few months back in the corner if you wonder one I don't give up a... read more
Woodland Station/Woodland Cardinal Apartments managed by Elevation are the absolute worst apartments ever. Beware before you move here. The staircases at this place are rotten and need to be replaced, the walkways are hazardous, and the gutters need to be cleaned. All HVAC units need maintenance or replacement, but this company is so cheap they won’t pay for it. Pest control never comes out to spray the units like the previous company used to.
