Dr Nogan is very personable, is a good listener, has good suggestions , is encouraging. She follows through on actions we agreed on, made contacts, was able to help prioritize my needs and how to address them. I am comfortable talking to her about anything, even sensitive subjects. She offers to reach out to others for additional opinions. I feel Dr Nogan is a good addition to my overall care team.
