Elison is wonderful. The staff is so patient and they treat mom with respect they kind to her. I'm just so glad that she's there. 5 for all I have mom in path ways memory care so she requires extra care, they are just wonderful. Go talk with them at time they run specials to help you out and they will work with you like if you can use VA benefits for the Vet or spouse the staff truly care about the resident and their families and you can use my name I will be so glad to talk with anyone I just know how they help me and my mo... read more

The Elison of Graham provides the best care for my mom and the staff members are caring and compassionate. The community is very very clean ( I'm so glad I have my mom there). The staff goes above and beyond to help the residents and the families I can't say enough good things about the Elison of Graham and I will be more than glad to recommend this community.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my loved one and I have no complaints of how things are going. I thought the staff did a great job with the presentation and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan with all of the great amenities they had for the residents. It was just not the right location for us in the end decision.

We are very pleased with the facilities and the care of the staff at Broookdale. They bend over backwards to accomodate my in-laws. .

The meals at this community were wonderful. I ate a few meals with her while she was there. She loved painting, playing bingo and going to the exercise classes. The staff were absolutely wonderful I have nothing bad to say about them. Three of them attended my mom's funeral. The community is well taken care of and I would recommend this community.

My mother lives at Brookdale Graham and it has made a huge difference in her life and ours! We have peace knowing she is safe and she now has a very active social life! We couldn't be more pleased! She has now been there over 3 years and her only regret is she wished she came sooner.

I give Elison a "0". I ask them to hold check until I told them to deposit and they deposited it immediately. I decided it was not for mom and ask for a refund and out of the [fee removed] paid for one month, I got a measly [fee removed]. Mom did not even move in. They are on my bad list because of this. They did not treat me well. After being conned into the [fee removed], they had nothing else to say. They got their money and we got shafted.

Elison of Graham is a lovely lovely place but may be better for those who need to be on the assisted living side and not the memory care side. The memory car is a secure unit and it really does feel homey, it does not feel institutional. However even during our loved ones short staff the helpers seemed like they needed more training - hospice was the one who provided our loved one with all their care. The memory care side and quality of care just needs some improvement.
