Elite Marine has been supporting the yacht for a long time, and we always return to them whenever we are in Florida. Their team is excellent: knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They are very responsive for remote assistance as well, and each time we need their help onboard, they come promptly and handle the job with expertise.
I've used this company for the last 2 years for AC maintenance; the techs are very knowledgeable, friendly and responsible. On the last call 2 weeks ago my AC strainer's handle broke apart from rust & they took the initiative to find a replacement and drive back to my boat and install it for no charge. There are not many companies, especially in S. Fl, that would go out of there way to take care of their clients like that. I highly recommend them, there is a reason why their approval rating is so high !
I captained a boat to florida in November and needed service on the water filtration system on the vessel. I found Elite Marine on Google. I put in a request for service on their website. Within minutes I received acknowledgement of my request and a live technician called the same day and was on the job within a few days. The technician called from the boat saying everything is working great. He also shared a video on how to prime new filters when I replaced them next year. This was above and beyond!
Their accounting department charged my card before the invoice discrepancies were resolved. I was told multiple times that a manager would call me back, but nothing. I wouldn’t recommend using them.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Rob from Elite Marine Yachts A/C to service our water maker and water softener, and I am thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and dedication to his work. Rob's assistance was invaluable, and I am delighted to share my positive experience with others. He consistently answered our calls promptly and was always punctual for appointments. Moreover, Rob's pleasant demeanor and friendly attitude made the entire service experience a pleasure.
