Elite pools did an amazing job installing our pool last season. Dennis and Betina were so easy to work with and were always available for questions we had and continue to be of assistance when we need it. Dennis and Tina were the successful bidders on my pool project. I was more than pleased with the result. If you are looking for a pool contractor I will tell you that this is what impressed me about the work of Elite Pools. First they say it then they do it. If you call them they call back. Other than rain there were no delays. I felt they used solid surveying and contractor equipment. Dennis and crew did an amazing job installing our pool. Dennis (company owner) was on-site everyday working with his crew. Other than a few weather delays, the project went without a hitch. On time and on budget. We had an issue with our heater the second season, Dennis took care of the issue quickly and the pool party went on as scheduled. Highly recommend Elite pools and spas.
Dennis and Tina are fantastic to work with. Know that from deposit until it’s about time to start installation, they’re traveling and working on various projects…but when it’s your turn or any time it’s time to do something, they will let you know! The manufacturer of our pool instituted a new policy they never notified any of us of, and hadn’t constructed the shell even by the time it should’ve been done. We have nothing but good things to say about Elite Pools and Spas. Once the pool was made by the manufacturer, the whole project ran smoothly and quickly from beginning to end! I was especially grateful how well Dennis communicated with me about when they would be back on site, what was going to be done each day, and what to expect in the future. Betina in the office is very helpful with anything you need if you stop into the store! We are so happy we chose Elite to build our backyard oasis!
