DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY. Wendy Greenaway is the absolute worst property manager I have ever encountered. This woman never calls you back, rarely answers emails, never once has even answered the phone! She appears (in my estimation) to put in the absolute minimum effort, just enough to keep herself out of legal trouble. Possibly one of the worst property management companies I have ever dealt with. They never return phone calls or reply to emails. Wendy claims emails were not received. Rude and unprofessional are the best words to describe Elite. Don't waste your time or money on this company.
Terrible! They NEVER respond to emails or phone calls. They think they only need to communicate with Board members and not with residents, and therefore, as a resident you do not have complete access to all the documents and information you're legally allowed. They allow for funds to be misappropriated and practice unethical behavior with Board members. They do not care how your community looks. DO NOT use this company. You'll be grateful in the long run!
No website, no one returns phone calls, the physical address doesn't exist.
Dealt with Gerrie Ray. Poor customer service, they are rude and demeaning. Charges for documents that you are entitled to as a property owner. They don't respond to repeated emails with questions. Have to call and leave messages. When you finally speak to them, they are rude and claim they responded to your emails even though the email thread shows otherwise. When they finally answer your question, they tell you to keep the information so you don't have to ask it from them again. Very rude!!
