They were recommended And so happy they were. They were our first and only call when our water heater that was up stairs dumped gallons of water. They were out so fast and assisted every step of the way. They even hooked us up with their flooring guy. Got to meet the owners and they are a married couple and just the nicest people.
Elite was my first call when we had sewage backup in our church basement on a recommendation from Funky Junk Dumpsters. I was very pleased with Elite. Elite has simply been amazing. I went from a 1 star review to a 5 star review. The original reason that I gave them a one star review, is there was an issue with getting them out to my house. It revolved around an emergency they had. They apologized for the issue. Which is honestly huge. They could have just written off the one star review, and when on to the next job. Absolutely wonderful working with Elite! We found a sewage pipe disconnected in our crawl space and got into contact with Chastene from Elite Remediation and she was able to get us taken care of right away. They came first thing in the morning and got our home back in working order within a few days. We had exceptional service from start to finish, and they truly are ELITE!!
