Cody and Travis came out next. They were very friendly and helpful. They even caught that we missed a room that needed remediation - which we appreciate. We had a slab leak that destroyed our flooring and a cabinet, and called Elite to help us get our house put back together. The entire team was great to work with, very courteous and polite, kept constant communication with us through the process, and worked very well with us and our insurance company. I had a flood in my house. I immediately called Elite. Chastene made sure everything went smoothly. She had guys out with blowers and big fans to get my house dried out the same day! My insurance company wanted to drag their feet and try to not to pay for damages from the flood but the Elite crew dealt with my insurance company and were able to get the damages covered.
