I went to the one in Laurel, Dr.Kim was awesome. I was panicking for sure, but she was patient and reassuring so I didn’t run out the door.🤭 The front desk lady was really sweet, pleasant and welcoming. The DA was a-little off putting at first, but seem to come around as we got into the appointment. She didn’t really greet me and spoke really low, but again she improved as the appointment progressed. Had an unexpected root canal yesterday. Cracked crown led to finding other issues. Yes, I was nervous, but the endodontist my dentist sent me to was amazing. Her staff was amazing, customer service 10/10! The way they speak to you, the way the speak to each other, the way she speaks to her staff- warm, inviting and respectful. It was a very good experience. Everyone is knowledgeable and professional. I was very nervous and they went out of their way to ease my nerves. I barely felt pain and I really appreciated the lavender scented warm towel. I will happily visit them again if I ever need another root canal. Well maybe not happy but confident that I'll be in very good and compassionate hands.

Very professional, gentle and kind. I’m a very nervous person by nature, but the procedure was so gentle/ smooth, I forgot someone was performing a root canal in my mouth!. Amazing experience! The front staff, especially Jennifer, are incredibly kind, patient, and helpful! Dr. Valerie is very patient and gentle. She explained everything going with my teeth and tried to find solutions to my problems. My root canal was painless! Dr. Valerie and her staff have already called multiple times to check up on my recovery. Her dental assistants are also very personable, kind, and entertaining during wait times. I highly recommend this office for expert root canal care.
