My driver was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was slow watching every thing he did to make sure it was right then double checked it all. Having been in the big wrecker business for 25 years I was very impressed
Leah was an angel. I was extremely impatient and overwhelmed and hard to deal with and she helped me with professionalism at its finest! She also saved my car from being damaged! I am so thankful!
Response time was fast. The driver called and communicated with me on how long it would take for him to get there. He handled my truck with care. Very friendly! Totally recommend Elite any time!
Tow truck arrived at an out of town location on the side of a busy interstate in just 18 minutes. Towed Expedition promptly to dealership, Maverick and his assistant unloaded an Expedition-load of cargo and a 70 pound dog into our other vehicle. They were very helpful. Maverick was very pleasant answering my questions while waiting for his assistant to move the tow truck.
Mr. Mike was so professional. Very careful with our broke down vehicles. He made sure all security features were done to prevent any damage to our car and to the safety of others. I was very impressed with the safety 1st things he was doing. He was very careful when driving. I even got a link to show me how far away they were… LOVE THIS! I can’t say Enough good things about the company and professionalism of their employees! Thanks, Elite for having such high standards🤩
