Came to FL from GA to pick up a small truck and needed a rollback to put it on a semi step deck. After a minor miscommunication, Elite Towing had my pickup loaded up and headed back to GA. Both drivers were very nice and good at their jobs. If anyone is in the Gainesville area and needs a tow, give Elite a call
Great experience. Tire hit debris on road and blew out… after hours of course! So everything was closed. Had a donut and a jack but no crowbar or lug wrench…and dark was fast approaching! The Driver dispatched came to my rescue! He also gave me great recommendations on where I could stay until morning and where I could get a new tire. Would recommend Elite to anyone in their surrounding areas of coverage!
I needed a jump for my battery. I have emergency road service through my car insurance so contacted Elite through them. The driver arrived within 15 minutes and was very kind and professional. I believe his name was Wesley. If I ever get the chance to request him again by name I will. Excellent service!

The man that towed my car spoke down to me. When I mentioned that my car had a “12V battery low” warning on it so it probably the battery that needs replaced; he belittled me and told me that it’s “basic knowledge that it’s the alternator”. (A $600+ part not including the installation fee). Anyways, I got my battery replaced, alternator tested and like I said it was the battery. That’s why he tows cars and doesn’t work on them. Never coming back to your company again. Thanks for the attitude though!
