Brought my son to ElitePC NJ for his gaming computer. Ken walked us through the details of what needed to be done. He also checked to see if anything else was necessary for the PC to run optimally. The service was quick and I appreciate the knowledge and advice that was shared. Highly recommend.
Ken is very skilled computer tech. He explained the issue to us and kept us informed at all times. He examined all parts and components and by doing so found the underlying problem, fixed the part and reconfigured the fans that caused the computer to break down in the first place, saving us lots of money in the process. Very trust-worthy and at a very reasonable price. He's definitely going to be my go-to repair technician from now on. Thank you Ken.
Really nice guy. He redid a computer for me that I gave to a friend of mine who is learning how to use a computer. He installed Windows 10 and added another drive. The computer works great now.
I appreciate Ken's honesty, communication, and transparency. He is still working on my computer but he is very fair and has kept me updated throughout the entire process to let me know what is going on.
