Ken at ElitePC is excellent and truly the most professional and well-intentioned repairman. My laptop crashed unexpectedly the night before a big paper was due. I came in without an appointment (He's usually appointment only, so please call ahead) after Microcenter quoted me a ridiculous price and an insane amount of time for repairs, essentially pushing me to buy a new laptop. Ken was overall a great dude. I was calling around shops to get a rough estimate on a cpu cooler replacement and off the bat ken had great customer service even offered me a deal on a cooler fan he had for a great deal! He helped me through out the whole process and also had it done same day (in one hour). A lot of these other repair shops were rude and charging stupid fees and telling me it would take 3-5 days to replace the cooler. Amazing guy Ken is, absolutely best technician in NJ no doubt. He will call and make sure you’re both on the same page, makes sure prices are known so you don’t feel scammed. And he WILL make sure you leave with a perfect condition PC. Highly recommend and will continue to come here for any foreseeable PC related work.
Ken @ ElitePC is the real deal. He expertly repaired a gaming laptop that had been a bit neglected. He restored a destroyed charging mechanism and gave the internal parts a thorough cleaning. He essentially saved my laptop. Ken provided detailed updates, and turned around the job in a few days. Extremely reasonable pricing too. Worth the drive. Excellent service.
Excellent service, great communication and a wonderful repair. Took my 2019 MacBook bro that needed a motherboard and did a total swap and even upgraded it to an i9 which was a 3600 dollar computer new. Ken is very respectful and will work with you to get the best solution out of your situation
