Ken @ ElitePC is the real deal. He expertly repaired a gaming laptop that had been a bit neglected. He restored a destroyed charging mechanism and gave the internal parts a thorough cleaning. He essentially saved my laptop. Ken provided detailed updates, and turned around the job in a few days. Extremely reasonable pricing too. Worth the drive. Excellent service.

Excellent service, great communication and a wonderful repair. Took my 2019 MacBook bro that needed a motherboard and did a total swap and even upgraded it to an i9 which was a 3600 dollar computer new. Ken is very respectful and will work with you to get the best solution out of your situation

Had messed with the bios on my pc and wasn’t able to boot it up. I explained to Ken exactly what I did and he spent a while over the phone telling me what may fix it before bringing it to him. I eventually brought it over to him and he told me I needed a new motherboard. He then took the time to help me order a new one that was within my price range and would be comparable with my old one. I took my gaming PC to Ken back in September of this year. He was able to diagnose what the issue was & get it back to me within 24 hours. He was completely transparent throughout the process. If I ever have any more problems with any of my PC's I will 100% bring it back to Ken. It was a pleasure working with him!

Had a solid state drive with broken pins. Couldn't get it to register in my PC. Ken had me cloned over to a fresh m.2 nvme within 1 hour. Unbelieve service. He does board level repairs and solder work as well. I will be using him going forward. Genuine guy who loves his work.
