Had a solid state drive with broken pins. Couldn't get it to register in my PC. Ken had me cloned over to a fresh m.2 nvme within 1 hour. Unbelieve service. He does board level repairs and solder work as well. I will be using him going forward. Genuine guy who loves his work.

I took my gaming PC to Ken back in September of this year. He was able to diagnose what the issue was & get it back to me within 24 hours. He was completely transparent throughout the process. If I ever have any more problems with any of my PC's I will 100% bring it back to Ken. It was a pleasure working with him!

I highly recommend ElitePC NJ. I’ve used his services twice thus far and both times were great experiences. You can tell K is passionate about his craft and cares about the service he provides. I was fortunate enough to get in same day and I did not have to wait long before I received a call back to pick up my device. The service was affordable and my PC runs great now. Ken is very skilled computer tech. He explained the issue to us and kept us informed at all times. He examined all parts and components and by doing so found the underlying problem, fixed the part and reconfigured the fans that caused the computer to break down in the first place, saving us lots of money in the process. Very trust-worthy and at a very reasonable price. He's definitely going to be my go-to repair technician from now on. Thank you Ken.
