Ken was overall a great dude. I was calling around shops to get a rough estimate on a cpu cooler replacement and off the bat ken had great customer service even offered me a deal on a cooler fan he had for a great deal! He helped me through out the whole process and also had it done same day (in one hour). A lot of these other repair shops were rude and charging stupid fees and telling me it would take 3-5 days to replace the cooler. Ken at ElitePC is excellent and truly the most professional and well-intentioned repairman. My laptop crashed unexpectedly the night before a big paper was due. I came in without an appointment (He's usually appointment only, so please call ahead) after Microcenter quoted me a ridiculous price and an insane amount of time for repairs, essentially pushing me to buy a new laptop. Ken with ElitePC was awesome! I came in with fan and laptop not charging issues, and we got both of those resolved quickly.
