I had a great experience getting my PC repaired here. My RTX 3090 Ti was giving me issues. Ken correctly diagnosed it as a faulty PSU and replaced it. My GPU is now running perfectly fine. He also did a thorough test to ensure everything is working fine. Would highly recommend to anyone dealing with tricky PC issues.

This guy Ken is incredible at what he does. He explains everything to you in detail and is very responsive. Im not really knowledgeable in a lot of pc stuff but i do know a couple of things. Ken expanded my knowledge on a lot of things to keep in mind when operating a PC. I came to him to do a case swap and he did a tremendous job with a valid return time. Ken helped me fix CPU overheating problem with my PC. It was a mini-ITX case with a manufacturer specific water cooler that was not available on the market anymore. Instead of giving up and asking me to move to a new PC, Ken did his own research and found the perfect CPU cooler that would fit in very tight space of my mini-ITX PC. Also, when I said I want to upgrade a few other components while he was fixing the CPU cooler, he gave really good advice on what I should and shouldn't get based on my aging PC hardware.
