I highly recommend Elizabeth Bernier at LifeStance Health. I had a really good appt with Elizabeth. She listened, she was compassionate, and I felt heard. It also didn’t feel like she was just throwing medication at me, which I appreciated. Overall, I’m very glad I made the appt, and I look forward to having someone that can truly help me figure out what kind of medication will be right for me.
