At 69 years old, with many, many life experiences behind me, I was overjoyed to discover a perfect match with my new counselor, Liz Ferreira. Kindness, thoughtfulness, empathy, sincere interest, expertise, and genuine concern have not gone out of style after all! Whew! I am so grateful. The best is yet to come! I transferred to new insurance and I found it to be a difficult transition. The portal is set up where the patient is doing billing and insurance themselves without any help from Lifestance. You should be paying the patient for doing all of the work you should be doing. to support your clients. The web and portal is not user friendly.
This review is not a negative review for my therapist, more so for the company as a whole. The new check in system is too lengthy. An established patient should not have to spend 15-20 minutes checking in. I went through the questions and placed a check in on all the answers just to get to the end in order to start my appointment.
