Nurse Melvin is the most caring nurse you could ever ask for! This office has made a world of difference in my life and health. Always helpful with dietary advice and guidance on weight loss drugs. Oh, I can say so much for this experience with Beth. First of all, she is so patient and kind. She always make sure that I understand my instructions that she gives. She has helped me more than any Dr has since I've been diagnosed with diabetes, and that's been over 39yrs. It's just the truth. And I am always so glad to see her when ever I come. I alway enjoy seeing nurse Melvin, the company is always clean. your professional staff is top drawer. My only minor issue is the phone edict of your front office staff. They are very short, sounding annoyed when I ask basic questions like appointment times and orders for lab work. As far as my diabetes coordinator, she is both professional and personable.
