this is a great spot for working out, love the atmosphere and the staff! make sure to go in the off hours or else you might have a line for certain equipment
Great choice of progams throughout the day. Presently in the Women on Weights program which is awesome. Wish there was a marshal arts/kickboxing class. The pool is very nice and all the workout areas and machines are kept up with good and continuous maintenance and cleanliness. All the employees are cordial, professional, and very informative. I just wish there was a location in Amelia!Thank you very much!
Perfect for families - kids love the pool (outdoor + with the bubble year-round), Child Watch & Kid Fit classes! Good variety of classes, I’ve never had to wait for cardio equipment, and although it’s small, everyone’s so friendly and such a great location near the park & library, it more than makes up for it getting a little cozy in there!
Good pool. The gym is very small, but still nice, and clean. Come during school hours
I’ll start by saying the staff are very friendly! But other than that this place is not worth the money. The gym is the size of any other gyms locker room. There is always kids on the equipment. Herds of teenage boys taking up equipment for 30 minutes and then not wiping it down or reracking weights. And even without that the place is so small it’s unsafe and there is always a line for popular equipment. Prepare for a 30 minute workout to take at least an hour. And the hours aren’t good.
