I have had such a phenomenal experience with Elizabeth! She is so personable, explained everything that happened during surgery, and everything that was happening when going through the healing process. She explained things in terms that I could understand. She was able to answer every question I had and was very reassuring. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
Elizabeth was so excited with my x-rays and results of my surgery it was infectious. She explained what they did and showed me x-rays. She Eben got me the information I needed to apply for extra fmla I am going to need. It was a great experience.
I felt very comfortable with Elizabeth explaining the surgical procedure I had on my shoulder. Also the care that is required to gain the strength back to my arm. I would recommend her to family and friends.
Elizabeth S is fantastic she's so cheery enthusiastic so helpful it's just like sunshine in the dead of winter once you see this lady not only for prior pre-op and after surgery she is just a great team member thank you so much you and Muhammad Al swaf wonderful
