I was lucky to be directed to this facility by my VA. I am even more lucky that someone recommended Elke Luken specifically for my needs. She's phenomenal: knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, understanding and super professional. Interacting with this counselor is enlightening and uplifting, but also safe and comfortable, it's like being home. She provides unbelievably priceless feedback, and resources, based on her professional knowledge and experience, but also her fantastic human skills. Highly recommended professional!
Elke is an outstanding therapist. She has the unique qualities of both empathy and assertiveness which is extremely important as couples and individuals need both to be heard and listen. Highly recommend for someone who needs help and support, not someone who wants to hear what will enable them to maintain the status quo.
has very weak boundaries, and sided with my abuser multiple times. would try to report properly if I knew how. probably a good intentioned person with some good therapy skills but siding with an abuser is just not okay
