Recommendedwe ordered some furniture for our new home and comes out to be quite good. I like counter table the most.
So far I am loving my purchase! I had never heard of Ella&Ross before but will definitely be looking to them in the future.
I purchased 6 of the Norman dining chairs in the brown colour and they match my decor great. I needed the chairs delivered 3 weeks after placing my order when I moved into my new house, and they were super flexible and even accommodated my delivery time slot.
There are better, cheaper alternatives out there with better customer service
My husband and I ordered a glass dining table from them. The table we received had some small dings and dents in the legs, which I reported to customer service. I was told the damage must have occurred on shipping, as Ella + Ross only lets the most "exceptional pieces" leave their facility. They processed a 10% partial refund, which we felt was a bit low considering the condition of the table base.
