We had a roof replacement done by ELO and I admit I was skeptical, but we had a wonderful experience. Our project manager Dustin walked us through every step and was with us during the whole process. There is lots of roofing contractors to choose from, but for me I need to believe that the person who we deal with throughout the project has our back. We were lucky to get Dustin Richards to handle our roof.He is very attentive, easy to get along with, and answers my texts and phone calls right away.Can't remember how many times he came to the house before and after the work was done. We got a great looking roof, really good installers, and when they are done its like they were never there.If you go with ELO, go with Dustin. He just makes the whole process easier. What a great experience I had when I was recommended to call ELO Restoration for my roof replacement. They sent their representative, Dustin Richards. When he arrived he explained the step by step process that would take place. He was very friendly, courteous, polite and exceptionally professional regarding the entire process that would take place. He kept me informed of everything that would occur. Also the office staff kept me informed and were very friendly and professional. The workers, from the delivery of the shingles, Bryon who delivered the dumpster and the roof crew that performed the work were extremely friendly. The roof crew did an exceptional job replacing the roof and cleaning up the yard in one day. My experience with Elo from start to finish has absolutely been amazing. When Dustin D***** came to my home he explained to me the process we would go through , he answered any and all questions that I may have had. Communication between all employees has been great, Everyone was very professional. At any time I needed to talk to someone in the office They were usually available , but when they were busy and I left a message they got back to me within about 30 minutes. I was notified when they would drop off the supplies as well as a dumpster. They were very clean, they laid a tarp in the front and in the back of my home to catch any nails and any shingles that may have fallen. They were on the roof by 630 am, I left for work and when I returned by 7 o'clock they were finished, and my roof was complete .They did a GREAT JOB. I Definitely recommend You go with Elo if your needing a New Roof. Thank you Again
