Elora provided my aging father a great place to live with the amenities that mattered to him. He felt very comfortable among the younger crowd. Thanks for making this stage of his live so fulfilling.

I had the opportunity to live at Elora for a little over a year. It is a beautiful area with lots to do in walking distance. Beautiful layouts inside the apartments with wonderful finishes, clean gym (inside leasing office), & quiet neighbors (except there are a LOT of motorcycles that cruise along lakeside. Ok I found out you can ACH the money for rent. Also they have gotten better at calling you back. Trash pick up has improved since they use a new service. The fob key still deactivates sometimes when using the side doors but I just wait a few days-weeks and it works again.

Although my move in did not go as perfect as I would have preferred. I am leaving this 5 star review for Chauncey! He was absolutely amazing. His customer service and care for residents is next level. I could not be more grateful for how Chauncey handled the situation and the solutions he provided.
We stayed here for 15 months. The community itself is good and lots of things nearby. Maintainance is to the point. The management is not very friendly. Especially if you are not white.!!! When you vacate the apartment they will charge you all sorts of absurd charges for apartment cleaning, carpet cleaning, bath tub resurfacing and many more. It seems great when you tour...then it's a mess. Trash pickup is hit or miss. Our elevator in building 3 has been broken for the past 2 months.
Future residents beware. I moved into this complex in 2019 while it was under grey star community. The complex was clean the staff was great. However, during my three years of leasing here things have changed for the worse. For starters, the "state of the art" weight room has broken equipment left unfixed while you continue to pay for it. not to mention they keep the heat on all year long at 80 degrees so you will feel like you're about to have a heat stroke while you work out. Things were going well at first. The area is nice and the shops are cool. Very pet friendly with a nice park. But then the new management took over. The office guy was pushy when I explained I wasnt going to renew my lease. They were increasing my rent (a 1bd 1 ba 600 something square ft apartment) by about $200. I was already paying about $1500.
