The decision to renew my lease at Elysium Fourteen was an easy choice to make. The common areas are always clean and the units are modern and so well insulated that I never hear a peep from my neighbors. The building manager, Byron, is very attentive and accommodating; upon renewing my lease, I told him that I was on the lookout for a bigger apartment, and he found the perfect unit for me when the opportunity arose. The maintenance/repair lead is also really nice. I highly recommend this building and the people running it.
I have been living at Elysium for a little over one month, and I couldn’t be happier! From placing an application with the building to move-in, everything was seamless. The support of Byron, the community manager, throughout the process was incredible. Byron has been such a helpful resource with his knowledge of the building and surrounding area. Byron, the manager, is incredibly responsive and strives to do the right things by tenants. He has navigated issues with deliveries, repairs, and billing in a fair and forthright manner. I really enjoy living here.
Finding housing is stressful! Many leasing offices treat you indifferently, but I was fortunate enough to have Byron Tonic help me with my leasing process and I cannot say enough great things about him! He truly exceeds expectations, from communication to being responsive to questions I had regarding the building, moving in and any resources I needed. Bell Partners very lucky to have a manager like Byron!
Byron and Sam (Community Manager & Leasing Manager) were both great to work with. Sam responded to my inquiry immediately when I asked about their sister property, the Mission and although nothing was available in the mission, he sent along a floor plan in the Elysium that was available. We set up a virtual tour through facetime within the next hour and I had applied online the day after that.
