Dr. Mohammed prescribed the wrong antibiotic which would have interacted with my methotrexate. It took 4 hours, multiple phone calls and visits to the office to clarify the prescriptions. His staff wrongly said he could not rx muscle relaxants that it took a specialist. He referred me to a doctor in Boston MA to treat TMJ. I live in Alabama. ??
