Theater is great. Don't like the fact that I have to pay a convenience fee for purchasing tickets and picking my seating online.
The seating was great but the popcorn was burnt and when you pay $13.50 for popcorn and pop it should be almost made of gold! I'm sorry but way way over priced! I couldn't imagine taking your whole family it be almost $200 to see a movie!

Renovations haven't changed anything. Every single time I give this place a shot, I somehow manage to be stuck sitting around people who won't shut up. I'm saying this has been my experience every time over 8 years. I stopped complaining about it because it doesn't change but I'm telling everyone who reads this - I live in Birch Run and would rather drive to Grand Blanc to see a movie than go here. You've been warned.

RecommendedWe went to the movies. Enjoyed the seating but half the people were in the wrong rows. We were to sit in "C" 2 &3 but people were already there. When usher came to straighten out most of people were in the wrong rows confusing if the letter behind row goes for that row or the row above. Now even sure why you have to have assigned seats. We have meet a group to see a show and had to wait for everyone to get there to assure we could all sit together. Popcorn and pop is pretty pricey.
First time I've ever been to this theater. The staff was nice and very customer oriented. The theater itself was fairly clean (as clean as you can keep a busy theater) The tickets were a good price and the seats...oh my gosh the seats. I've never knew there was a cinema with reclining chairs! They were so comfy and made the experience one I'll never forget.
It was very cold. Why does this need to be 50 characters?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
