Gym is dirty The gym is dirty and has very strange equipment. Our building has maintenance issues that haven’t gone unresolved for months. The common area is also really dirty and the whole complex has a spider problem. Overall very average.

Home is where the heart is! From the beginning the experience with Ely staff has been an A+. The day we got our keys and the staff said Welcome Home, truly melted my heart. That has certainly held true. The staff does an amazing job at keeping our homes looking its best. They are very approachable, friendly and they listen to any concerns that we may have. Great place to live The community is quiet and well maintained. Very convenient. Great amenities. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Staff is friendly and always helpful. The maintenance is prompt and well done. Love this place.

Beware new managment When we moved in, it seemed like a decent place; the location and the neighbors are nice. It's a newer construction, so most of the building is still in good repair. However, this property recently came under new management. Not for the better. Soon after they came on, they said they were doing an audit of the assigned covered parking, but it's been 3 months. . The place is good the employees is the problem.They say one thing and do another, my kids lived there the place is beautiful my problem was just the workers the office workers.
