Staff are consistently friendly, professional and punctual. They use the latest technology which makes the treatment virtually painless. I wish I had done this sooner!!! Thanks for everything Embrace!
Everything was quick and efficient, if I had any questions they were answered to a very helpful extent. Jo particularly was wonderful, a very calming presence who made me feel right at ease.
My daughter went in for Invisalign scans. Everyone was super friendly and she was seen on time and then we were quickly heading home with some nice gifts for starting treatment on their Invisalign Open Day!
All good, thanks, especially fitting us in at short notice when we have had a couple of minor problems.

Just disappointed with reception team. Weren't polite or welcoming or just that nice in general. Stared at the computer the whole time while i needed help/direction with paperwork i was filling out as it was just dumped in front of me. But all over staff very friendly! Ie dental assistant and orthodontist and amy and the other dentists i met. Hopefully the reception staff will improve their attitude but otherwise happy with service and looking forward to my treatment! :) :)
