I had a great experience dealing with emci, my rep is Anthony Pierce and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. We did have a hiccup when trying to setup my account with Motorola but it is currently being addressed and Anthony has been keeping me updated every step of the way!
