Going into the second year here & love it! The apartments are modern & loaded with high quality products, making it so fun & easy to make it look like home! Management & maintenance are great too which is a huge bonus. The location is so convenient for day to day life - being so close to a bunch of stores is one of the best parts! If you’re thinking of moving here, I think it’s a great place to call home!

I recently toured Emerald Knoxville Apartments and had a really positive experience. The community felt clean, well-kept, and safe, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer questions and walk me through everything. Based on my visit, it definitely seems like a great place to live.

I’ve had a wonderful experience here! From the moment I visited the community it was clear that this is a place that truly values its residents. The environment is incredibly family-friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel heard and appreciated. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the office team is always approachable and professional. The new office staff member was extremely polite and helpful today. They make an effort to create a sense of co... read more

Today Kayla assisted me in a tour of the Emerald. It’s been a while since I have met anyone quite so kind. In addition Kayla was very professional. Kayla was also patient and extremely knowledgeable in her field of work. Work ethics are priceless in these times. As an older Lady it was very beneficial to be able to have these credentials and personality from Management! I feel very informed and I can make my decision of choosing the right apartment that meets my needs !! Thank you Kayla for everything!
