Great complex, brand new, staff is great and the place is always kept up! There’s an awesome amenities package that includes a pool, fitness center, dog spa, dog park, and conference rooms to use for those who work from home and may need access to one! 10/10 would recommend

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Emerald Apartments! From the moment I toured the property, the staff and amenities have exceeded my expectations. The office team — Cali, Heather, and Keysha — are truly outstanding. Beyond the amazing team, the amenities are a huge bonus. This is the first apartment I have lived in completely by myself. Cali, Keysha and the maintenance crew have been so wonderful to work with! With them being brand new apartments we have had a few things go wrong and they truly have made me feel comfortable enough to bring the issues to them. All the amenities they offer is wonderful! I’ve lived here for a few months now and overall I love the apartment and the amenities — everything is very clean, well maintained, and I feel safe living here. The only downside is package delivery. The mailroom situation is such a nightmare; notifications are inconsistent, packages are often hard to locate, and you never know where your package will be.
