My husband and I lived here for just over 2 years and had a great experience. The unit itself is spacious and had updated appliances. Only thing was there was a lot of carpet which we would prefer vinyl and there was a bit of an issue with the pigeons. If anything in the unit was not working properly or broken, the handyman Joe was always on site and ready and willing to help. He’s very kind and punctual! I just moved here recently and my experience with the rental admin, was awesome. Miranda was prompt and responsive. She helps us a lot with all our questions and provided a good customer service. I haven’t had the chance to get to know the building manager, only when I had a delivery and told me that I have to book next time. Our unit is nice and clean, not a fan of the lay out and the only thing I really don’t like is the sound proof. We can hear footsteps from our above tenant as if we live in a basement. Patricia was very welcoming and answered every question, no matter how silly they may have been. There were some problems with paperwork between us, but it was finally resolved. My son and I are looking forward to call here, home.
Love the 2 bed/ 2 bath options... however there is no security. The storage has been broken into and security cameras don't work. Also, even though there is a soccer field beside the building... the people being allowed to move in let their kids ride around on bikes in the parking lot and it's the driver of the cars fault if someone gets hit.. there is no follow up regarding "evicting" people who don't follow the lease rules... this place could be a great place to live but is currently not... there is also a few late night p... read more
I lived here for two years and enjoyed my stay. I felt safe and peaceful here. The apartment itself (Metro II floorplan) is not the best quality or well designed. For example, there is no place to leave shoes at the entrance. There is not much storage space. But everything worked and soon it felt like home. The on-site management team are wonderful to talk to! Patricia manages all the tenants. Joe repairs everything. Eriksen cleans everything. Given that they have to manage close to 300 apartments, they do a very good job! ... read more
