You will experience smoke odor in your unit if deciding to stay here and management or leadership would do nothing else except charge you luxury apartment rent for a smoke room. PS- experincing it for 1.5 years now. No concession, no ownership of responsibility, no action from Mark Taylor. I was wrong to renew lease and give them a chance to fix it. Save yourselves while you can.
I have been living in this apartment complex for a while now. One of the standout aspects of this place is the sense of community, largely thanks to the amazing staff. I’d like to give a special mention to one of the maintenance staff, Marta, who helps maintain the cleanliness of the property every morning. Emerson Mill Avenue is a fantastic place to call home. The apartments are modern, with upscale features like granite countertops, energy-efficient appliances, and impressively tall ceilings that make the spaces feel very spacious. Ive been living here for almost 4 years now. I know all of the staff by name and they know my name too. Ive never had any issues here. The Movie theatre is an awesome amenity and the neighbors here are always happy to meet new residents. Also, the maintenance staff is not only quick, but personable and they communicate very well with the residents. Shout out to Marta and Brandon. I want to share the experience we received from Emerson Mill Ave. / a Mark Taylor Property. Jan Vives, Jenna Miller & Mathew Logan. All three are extremely professional, personable and went above and beyond (even after hours) in helping us secure an apartment. We went to several complex’s and the choice was clear, they personally made the difference! It’s all about “the costumer experience” and they nailed it. I can’t recommend any place else!
