The Emerson has been a wonderful place to live. The location is great, amenities are well-kept, parking garage is convenient, and staff is very helpful! Maintenance requests are usually taken care of same day. Staff like Marta are so friendly and welcoming. Our unit is updated and pretty. Definitely recommend.

I've had a great experience living here! One of the highlights is Marta, she works at the apartment and is always so kind and helpful. She’s incredibly friendly, always has a smile on her face, and clearly loves dogs, mine adores her! It's little things like that that make this place feel like home.

My experience at Emerson Mill Avenue has been truly wonderful. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the staff go above and beyond to make each visit enjoyable. Marta, in particular, stands out with her kindness and helpful nature, she always greets everyone with a bright smile and a cheerful personality that makes you feel right at home.

Been here for nearly 3 years already and its been an awesome experience. Emerson never fails to provide an excellent living experience. With a lot of amenities, Friendly staff, and I am happy to call this my home for many more years as well. That being said the building is 10 years old and with how new appliances are designed to break things are slowly breaking. but Maintenance is quick to respond to anything that happens. Best apartment in Tempe. Marta, Caitlin, and the main manager with her own office (sorry for not knowing the name) are also amazing and very friendly. Compliments to them!
