Once onboarding is done scheduling is simple. I’ve been in therapy for a little over a year with my counselor. We’ve adjusted our schedules as needed. Zoom meetings are the way to go! Emily listens and offers gentle advice that challenges my perspectives. I’m not in crisis and have continued therapy for my optimum support during major life changes.
