This is no reflection on the therapist. Booking an appt at LifeStance was very difficult and took me 7 tries before I got an appt. One of the call center representatives was knowledgeable but the rest unfortunately gave me incorrect information on several occasions . And the website information is also not reliable.
I began seeing Emily after the birth of my third baby. I had been diagnosed with pre-eclampsia and struggling mentally to accept having to take my blood pressure everyday while dealing with the stress of my doctor follow ups, managing three kids, and sleepless nights. Emily is kind and compassionate and offers great new ways of thinking about things.
