A text was received asking me to confirm my appointment, though no option to choice out. Thus by trying to opt out of my appointment, I may have confirmed. But luckily, I state sarcasticly, a phone number was provided to cancel/reschedule. Of it happened to be after hours, I got busy at work the next day and forgot to call and cancel, l believe I will be billed for the missed appointment, which there was no easy way to opt out, seems completely unfair.
