A 90 plus year old lady requires a different approach than a 20-60 year old. Your frustration was palpable. But this was because you did not 'read' your patient. Speak slower, clearer, and be helpful. You had zero compassion and your lack of patience was disgraceful. You may be in the wrong line of work as no one wants to be treated so disrespectfully.
Told her visit after visit the same symptoms I was having only to have her look at me like I was crazy. Her only professional diagnosis was Vertigo,Vestibular Migraine and Nystagmus. All of which she offered NO treatment nor medication for. Oh….and she determined I was “bipolar”. I guess that’s where her “neuropsychology” expertise comes into play.
