They make the buying process as was easy and streamlined as it can be, and where there are bumps in the road they are extremely knowledgeable and patient with explaining the process. No need to look around, this is the team for anyone smart enough to use them.
Emmett was wonderful from my first contact to my last in this process. When I did not understand something he would explain and NOT in a condescending way. The last time I got a mortgage as a single woman I felt battered and beat up when it was over. With Emmett it was literally a joy. If I got a request from someone I either already knew to expect it or Emmett quickly let me know it was okay.
