The program provided structure which was a huge factor in selecting Copare. I have made major changes with my diet and plan to continue these in my lifestyle going forward. I highly recommend this program. And Leslie was a great coach! She provided insights throughout my program that were extremely beneficial and motivating. She was extremely informative and supportive throughout the entire program. I would highly recommend her as well!!
I can’t say enough about Kristan and the team at Copare Ashburn! I am down about 40 lbs and continue to work with Kristan Devera for almost a year now. She helps me figure this out challenge by challenge and I’m so very grateful for her time and patience. You can tell she truly loves what she does! If you are stubborn but want to get healthy, she’s your person!
I've been on the Copare Program for a few months now and have seen improvement in my eating habits and overall health. I have a whole new outlook on my everyday life and this would not be possible w/o my 1 on 1 session with my Health Coach. I feel empowered to do better, I'm held accountable, and have the support of my coach. It takes alot of discipline, set small milestones goals, and trust and believe in the program. The rest will fall in place and the results will be great. Continue to strive forward.
Highly recommend!! I let my weight get out of control and decided to join Copare immediately after Thanksgiving to prevent me from gaining any more weight by New Years. I exceeded my expectations by losing 10 pounds in December. The weekly weigh-in and consultation makes me accountable. My weight loss coach Leslie is awesome!
