If I could give a no star rating I would. We have had an account with Empire since 1970. We have seen growth and new employees throughout the past years. We have to say the current employee Ruben at the Buckeye location is completely incompetent. He has screwed up 4 of our orders in the past year. He has no idea what he is doing. He's very rude, bad attitude, extremely unfriendly. No personality at all. We aren't too sure what has happened at this location.
