I purchased a warranty from them in December. I didn’t read the negative reviews at that time. Once I started reading them, I wanted to cancel my policy. When I first signed up, I was told I could get a refund at any time if I didn’t make a claim. When I asked to cancel my warranty, the first thing the representative said was, “you know you can’t get a refund.” At this point, I realized they were scammers and did this to many people.
