Great customer service. I really appreciate the fact that they didn't beat around the bush or give me the run around. The information given was straight to the point, and all questions asked were answered HONESTLY and quickly. I didn’t feel like anyone was hiding anything like I did with other companies. The total call lasted roughly 10 minutes, where with other companies, it would take 30 minutes just to get a quote, and then a bunch of add on questions after. Fraudsters. Cancelled my policy with them in January 2024. They created an additional duplicate policy for the same vehicle and continued to charge my card for the past year. When I asked them to look into it, they said they could no longer help me ‘BECAUSE I’M NO LONGER A CUSTOMER.’ I was supposed to be no longer a customer 14 payments ago!!!!
