Two separate times I called for phone support. A Tech called me back and was able to correct issue a while back. Today after troubleshooting they sent a Tech and they identified the issue quickly, but getting the part needed was not available at the shop. Luckily a different Tech had it and dropped it of so my Tech could complete repair. I give the service department an A+. Thanks Empire
I called Empire Cat in Imperial, CA I was having a issue with my Jake Brake . They put me through to the truck engine technician cell phone his name was Juan now thank god it was a simple fix. I asked him if he had time to check out my problem and he said bring it in he got me right in and fixed it asap. He and all the people I came in contact with were very nice and polite the staff and the facility gets an A+ from me I highly recommend them when you need Cat Truck engine work done. Tank you Juan and Empire.
