Went to Empire Cat will-call to pickup an order for a re-stock of Cat O-rings (all in stock). They supposedly didn't have my order in the system that I had placed a week and a half prior (that they said would be ready the same day) so they sent me to the parts counter to redo the order. The parts counter guy found my original order in about two seconds and took my payment. He sent me back to will-call to wait for the order to be picked. I had the pleasure of working with Will in the Parts Dept to locate some unique parts I'd been unable to find elsewhere in Reno/Sparks. He quickly and pleasantly addressed my needs. Wonderful customer service!
Super impressive parts department and the customer service was phenomenal. Great experience all around & thankful for their hustle!
Management is terrible and treats their employees and customers like they are dogs. Won't take accountability for their lack of maintenance on the machines used everyday to clean and repair customer's product, including products that are meant to be used and keep our mine workers safe. Empire taking over and allowing the management that they have has single handedly ruined this location. Buy elsewhere. Do business elsewhere.
